Dan Beaving joined the Rice Companies team as Project Manager II in 2021. He is a graduate of U of M - Moorehead with a B.S. in Construction Management. He brings over 14 years of experience in the commercial construction industry. His most recent experience coming from working as a Project Manager for Shingobee Builders.
Dan describes himself as a career forward individual that takes a lighthearted approach to conflict resolution. His motto, "every problem has a solution".
In Dan's free time, he enjoys motorsports such as dirt bikes, boats, and ATVs. He is also an avid hunter and fisher.
