Shane Ellis possesses extensive experience in environmental engineering and safety management, currently serving as a Corporate Environmental Engineer and Safety Coordinator for the Soy Division at Riceland Foods, Inc. since September 2003. Prior roles at Riceland Foods include Soy Prep Operator. Previous experience includes a decade as Service Manager at J. Ellis & Co. Shane Ellis holds a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety & Health from Columbia Southern University, obtained between 2009 and 2013, and an Associate of Applied Science in Industrial Technology from PCCUA, completed in 2009. Educational background includes attendance at the University of Central Arkansas and graduation from Clarendon High School.
Riceland
Generations ago a group of Arkansas rice farmers banded together to market their crops. They created a farmers cooperative business group in 1921 now known as Riceland Foods, Inc., headquartered at Stuttgart, Arkansas. Since then, Riceland has grown to become the world's largest rice miller and rice marketer.
