Amy Krafft

Amy Krafft has a diverse work experience in event production and management. Amy is currently working as a Production Director at Richard Attias & Associates, where they oversee and drives the strategy of show planning and manages international teams for complex technical productions.

Prior to this, Amy served as the Chief of Staff & Head of Production at Intelligence Squared U.S. Debates from 2019 to 2022. In this role, they led the transition of the company from events-based to a digital-first media organization, implementing virtual production strategies while ensuring the quality of deliverables for distribution across various platforms. Amy also developed and maintained an event management system and supported the expansion of the NPR program.

Before their time at Intelligence Squared U.S. Debates, Amy worked at The Rockefeller Foundation as a Senior Program Associate, Events. Amy played a key role in managing Resident, Fellowship, and Signature Convening operations, including organizing logistics for conferences hosted at The Rockefeller Foundation's Bellagio Center on Lake Como.

Amy also has experience at Museum of the City of New York, Museum of Arts and Design, and Chicago History Museum, where they held various roles in event coordination, sales, and management. Amy has demonstrated skills in vendor management, budgeting, logistics, and building relationships with high-level participants and donors.

Amy Krafft earned a B.A. in History from SUNY Buffalo, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Following this, they pursued an M.A. in Museum Professions at Seton Hall University from 2010 to 2011.
