Ms. Brown joined the Richard Lounsbery Foundation in 2016 and is the point person for grantees and all Foundation businesses. Before joining the Foundation, she worked for a wealth transfer business in Bethesda, Maryland. Her titles and responsibilities varied during that stretch from the chief operating officer, director of marketing, and senior underwriter. Prior to her stint in the life insurance world, Ms. Brown spent over a decade working in non-profit development. Highlights from that time include managing the membership office at the Phillips Collection modern art museum in Washington, DC, and the Annual Fund office at her alma mater Washington & Lee University.
