Chelsea Snowden has a strong background in human resources with over 17 years of experience. Chelsea started their career at Lowe's Home Improvement as an HR Coordinator in 2003 and worked there until 2006. In 2006, they joined Eastern Aluminum Supply of VA as an HR Manager, where they continue to work to this day. In 2014, they also took on HR roles at Richards Building Supply Co. starting as an HR and then progressing to the position of Senior HR Lead. Currently, Chelsea serves as the HR Director at Richards Building Supply Co.
Chelsea Snowden attended Virginia Commonwealth University from 2003 to 2006, where they received a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from the School of Business. The field of study focused on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. Chelsea obtained additional certifications from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), including the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) in January 2022 and the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) in January 2019.
