Matt Finch

Matt Finch has a diverse work experience in the roofing industry. Matt has worked as an Outside Sales Representative at Richards Building Supply Co. and Vicars Roofing, where they focused on promoting sales through sales calls and administration tasks. Matt also worked as a Consultant at Real Property Maintenance LLC, where they were responsible for building the business, implementing sales processes, and training other salespersons. In addition, they have experience as a Project Estimator at Davis Brothers Roofing & Sheet Metal Fabricators, Inc., a Branch Manager at SRS Distribution Inc., and a Roofing Specialist at Builders FirstSource/Probuild. Matt has also worked at Baker Roofing Company as a Sales Service Representative, where they established customer relationships, performed inspections, and analyzed market trends. Prior to that, they worked at SRS Distribution Inc. as a Territory Manager and Operations Manager. Matt began their career in the roofing industry as an Inside Sales representative at Superior Distribution Company LLC, and later took on the role of Commercial Roofing Estimator. Matt Finch completed their Bachelor of Science degree from East Tennessee State University, with a focus on Criminal Justice, Construction Engineering Technology, and Early Childhood Education, from 2001 to 2004. Later, they pursued a Master's of Arts in Teaching (M.A.T.) degree in Elementary Education and Teaching at East Tennessee State University in the year 2006.
