Heather McNally

Heather McNally has extensive experience in conflicts management and new business intake. Heather currently holds the position of Director of Conflicts and New Business Intake at Richards, Layton & Finger since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Dentons from 2011 to 2023, where they were a Conflicts Attorney/Team Leader responsible for overseeing conflicts professionals, allocating work, and working closely with Conflicts Managers. Before Dentons, Heather served as a Staff Attorney at various organizations including the Law Offices of Michael Lupolover, Legal Services of Northwest Jersey, and Weinstein & Riley.

Heather McNally obtained a JD degree from Cleveland State University - Cleveland-Marshall College of Law between the years 1997 and 2001.
