About

The board of directors at Richards, Layton & Finger have a long history of legal experience. Many of the members have worked as law clerks for various judges and courts, including the United States District Court for the District of Delaware and the Delaware Supreme Court. They also have a wide range of educational backgrounds, with degrees in law and political science from Widener University and Swarthmore College, respectively.
