Samuel Samson

Samuel Samson is currently the Quality and Continuous Improvement Lead Engineer at Richards-Wilcox Canada. In this role, Samuel leads the implementation of the 5S program across all departments and orchestrates Kaizen Blitz change events. Prior to this position, Samuel worked as a Quality Engineer at Huttig Building Products, where he transitioned the company culture to focus on quality and customer satisfaction. Before that, Samuel was a Graduate Assistant at New York University and a Production and Manufacturing Engineer at Astrotech Steels Private Limited. Samuel holds a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering from New York University.
