Annette Gagnon

Annette Gagnon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in order to cash processes, customer service, and SAP strategy. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Order to Cash and Customer Service at Richardson International since June 2019, Annette has successfully developed and implemented outsourced processes and collaborated on ERP platform configurations. Prior to this role, Annette held various managerial positions at Cabela's, overseeing vendor relationships, SAP development, and compliance programs, and managed significant teams across different functions. Annette’s early career included roles in customer service and research, complemented by a Master's Degree in Applied Sciences from Saint Mary's University and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Manitoba.
