Shontae Jones

Shontae Jones, PHR, serves as the Director of Human Resources at Richcroft Inc since August 2020. Prior to this role, Shontae accumulated extensive experience at The Arc Baltimore, holding positions such as Vice President of Human Capital Management and Director of Human Resources from August 2007 to August 2020. Shontae also worked as an HR Recruiter and Credentials Coordinator at RehabPlus Group and as an HR Coordinator at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace.
