Kiran Vanarse started working in the call center and customer service industry in 2006 as an Assistant Manager at Sparsh-Intelenet Global Services Limited. In 2009, they moved to MGS (Mastermind Services BPO India )Pvt Ltd. as a Manager of Operations. From 2012 to 2014, Kiran worked at Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited as an Operations Manager. They then joined Serco in 2015, serving as an Operations Manager until the end of the year. In 2016, Kiran became the Head of the Call Center and Customer Service at Gold24.in, a position they held until 2019. Currently, Kiran is the Head of Call Center and Customer Service at Richfeel Health & Beauty Pvt Ltd.

Kiran Vanarse holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from the University, with a completion year of 2008. Later, Kiran pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Project Management from Ulyanovsk State University, which was completed in 2013. Additionally, Kiran obtained a certification in Google Digital Unlocked - Digital Marketing from IAB Europe in June 2018.
