John Oliver, MBA, has extensive experience in higher education and workforce development, currently serving as Dean and previously as Director of Workforce Development and Career Services Coordinator at Richland Community College since May 2010. At Richland, they offer transfer/baccalaureate and career and technical education programs. They are accredited through the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools and received its reaccreditation under the Academic Quality Improvement Program in Spring 2008.
