Bill went on to found Mercantec and served as its CEO for over a decade. Their experience also includes roles as CIO and VP of Ecommerce at Forever Companies. Currently, Bill holds the position of Ecommerce Director at Richline Group, a Berkshire Hathaway Company. Throughout their career, Bill has demonstrated a strong understanding of product management and a knack for driving strategic growth in the online retail sector.
