Karen Gard

Karen Gard has extensive experience in human resources, having held various leadership roles at different companies. karen started their career as the Director of HR at USWest in 1984 and remained in that role until 1998. From 1999 to 2001, they were the VP of HR at Russell Corp. karen then moved on to work at ARAMARK Educational Resources from 2001 to 2006, where they served as the Vice President of Human Resources. Simultaneously, they also worked at Knowledge Learning Corporation as the VP of HR from 2001 to 2006. Finally, they joined M.D.C. Holdings, Inc./Richmond American Homes in 2006 as the Vice President of Human Resources, a position they currently hold.

Karen Gard attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 1977 to 1979, where they earned a Masters degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
