Monica Beardsley

Monica Beardsley has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Monica started their career as an HR Assistant at First National Bank of Arizona in 2003 and then worked as a Recruiter at Lakeshore Staffing before joining URS Corporation in 2006, where they served as a Recruiter for four years. In 2010, Monica joined Nestlé USA as part of the Human Resources team and stayed with the company until 2013. Monica then moved to Wood Group Mustang as a Human Resources Business Partner for a year. In 2014, Monica worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Exterran before joining Richmond American Homes in 2015. At Richmond American Homes, they initially held the position of Director of Human Resources and later became the Senior Director of HR Operations and Talent Acquisition in February 2021. Monica's experience spans various roles and responsibilities within the HR field, showcasing their expertise and versatility.
