Randy Rutherford

Randy Rutherford is a seasoned professional in land development and real estate with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of Land Development at Richmond American Homes since February 2022, Randy has previously held the position of Sr. Project Manager - Land Development at The Holt Group from July 2016 to December 2021. At Hasson Company Realtors from March 2010 to June 2016, Randy excelled as a Real Estate Consultant and Licensed Broker, specializing in both undeveloped and underdeveloped land as well as new construction. Earlier career highlights include serving as V.P. of Land Acquisition and Development at Matrix Development Corporation/Legend Homes and Area Vice President - Land Development at Kimball Hill Homes, where Randy directed successful project acquisitions across the western United States. Randy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from Concordia University-Portland.
