Raymond T. Baker

Raymond T. Baker is an experienced sales manager and director who has worked in the homebuilding industry for over 15 years. Raymond is currently an independent director at Richmond American Homes.

Baker began their career in 2001 as a new home sales counselor with William Lyon Homes. Raymond then spent two years with John Laing Homes before moving to Emaar in 2009. After a year with Emaar, Baker returned to the United States and joined The New Home Company Inc., where they worked for four years.

In 2013, Baker rejoined Richmond American Homes as a new home sales counselor. Raymond held this position for two years before being promoted to sales manager in July 2018. Raymond remained in this role until June 2019, when they left to become an independent director at Richmond American Homes.

Raymond T. Baker has a certification from the CSLB in General Contractors License and a certification from the California Department of Real Estate in Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent.
