Robert Studebaker

Robert Studebaker is a seasoned construction management professional with extensive experience in residential construction. Currently serving as Senior Area Construction Manager at Richmond American Homes since June 2021, Robert directs a team of nine superintendents in managing the delivery of 186 units in 2022, overseeing an active construction load of 100 units. Prior to this role, Robert worked as a Senior Construction Manager at K. Hovnanian® Homes from June 2014 to June 2021, leading field management teams for subdivision projects. Earlier experience includes serving as Operations Coordinator at Taddeo Homes, focusing on luxury custom homes, and as Project Manager at A1 Concrete Leveling and Foundation Repair, where Robert managed operations for both commercial and residential projects. Robert holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Westwood College-Annandale and an Associate's degree in Arts/Sciences from Laurel Ridge Community College.
