Crystal Deaton

Crystal Deaton, SHRM-CP, QMHP-A, has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Manager and HR Compliance Manager at Richmond Behavioral Health since January 2016. Prior to this role, Crystal held positions such as Lead Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Recruiting Coordinator, and Administrative Coordinator within the same organization. Crystal also worked at the Middle Peninsula - Northern Neck Community Services Board from February 2008 to July 2022, where responsibilities included Training Specialist and Transitional Care Manager. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Human Resources Management from Indiana Wesleyan University, expected in October 2023, and an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management obtained between 2018 and 2020.
