Airlie Tudhope serves as the Head of Education & Training at Richmond Football Club since June 2018, focusing on empowering staff and enhancing education programs. With extensive experience in educational leadership, Tudhope previously held roles such as Education Manager for School & Community Programs and Student Experience Manager, where contributions included leading school-based traineeships and improving student experience strategies. As a Co-Founder and Director of PE Made Easy and Redback Fitness, Tudhope has developed numerous educational resources and fun fitness initiatives. Previous experience includes various leadership positions within the Department of Education and Early Childhood Learning in Victoria, Australia. Tudhope holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Physical Education from RMIT University and a Professional Certificate in Education from the University of Melbourne, with ongoing studies towards a Master of Educational Leadership at UNSW.

The Richmond Football Club competes in the Australian Football League (AFL), the number one sporting code in Australia. With 105,084 committed members, the Club prides itself on continuing to build a “strong and bold” future. The Club was formed in 1885 and has won 13 Premierships in the history of the VFL/AFL competition, including recent success in 2017, 2019 and 2020. Punt Road Oval has been the home of the Richmond Football Club since the Club's inception in 1885 and today, the Swinburne Centre, at Punt Road Oval, boasts a state of the art training facility and elite training ground for its AFL, AFLW and VFL teams, and is home to both the Administration and Football departments of the Club, as well as the Korin Gamadji Institute and Bachar Houli Foundation.
