Eliza Gairard

Eliza Gairard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investment and management. Currently serving as a Partner at Richmond Hill since July 2010, Eliza also holds the position of CIO and Co-Founder at Althea, an investment firm dedicated to the future of wellness, since September 2021. Additionally, Eliza acts as a Board Observer at Mammoth Distribution and previously worked as a Director at Flower One until January 2023. Earlier career roles include Vice President at Wand Partners, Associate at The Carlyle Group, and Analyst at Greenhill & Co. Eliza earned an MBA from Columbia Business School and holds a degree from Colby College, in addition to graduating from The Brearley School.
