Chloe McCormick

Senior Special Collections Librarian at Richmond Public Library

Chloe McCormick is a seasoned librarian and archivist with extensive experience in special collections and community memory, currently serving as a Senior Special Collections Librarian and Community Memory Fellow at Richmond Public Library since January 2023. Previous roles include Senior Collections Technician at SEARCH and Archives Assistant at the Archives of African American Music and Culture, where responsibilities encompassed data management and archival organization. Chloe also contributed to the Wylie House Museum and Historic Beck's Mill & Traditional Arts Indiana as a Collections Assistant and Folklore & Traditional Music Fieldworker, respectively, showcasing skills in public engagement and documentation. Chloe's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Folklore and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Folklore from Indiana University Bloomington.
