Thad Green IV is currently a teacher and head coach for the Men's High School soccer team at Chesterfield County Public Schools. Thad also coaches for Richmond Strikers and Soccer Shots Franchising. Thad holds a degree in Economics from Randolph-Macon College and attended Virginia State University for Agricultural Economics.
