Emma Tilley

Emma Tilley has extensive experience in ministry and communication roles, currently serving as Communications Ministry Associate and Compassion Ministry Associate at Richmond's First Baptist Church since February 2021, where responsibilities include managing a bi-weekly food pantry and coordinating community produce deliveries. Previous positions include internships with the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship of North Carolina, focusing on campus ministry and website management. Emma has also interned at Richmond's First Baptist Church, worked as a ceramics studio assistant at William & Mary, and served as a Heritage Fellow at the Virginia Baptist Historical Society, researching interfaith relations. With a Master of Divinity from Duke Divinity School and a Bachelor's degree in Religious Studies from William & Mary, Emma combines academic knowledge with practical ministry experience.
