Joanna provides business families with a comprehensive overview of their financial matters and guides them through all the stages of their enterprise. Joanna also has experience leading due diligence initiatives, working on mergers and acquisitions, and business valuations for both litigation and financing purposes.
Joanna has managed a large portfolio of clients in various industries throughout Canada and the U.S. She has provided guidance to company owners and corporate leaders with compliance requirements as well as tax aspects of both their personal and investment companies. Equipped with multidisciplinary experience, she confidently supports the various and specific needs and goals of her clients. As a Vice President of our Family Office Platform, Joanna works with ultra-high-net-worth families and acts as their personal CFO, supporting them with all their financial needs. She helps mentor her junior team members and actively implicates herself in business development at Richter.
