Martine Crépeau has a reassuring presence and an intuitive ability to provide insightful solutions to clients’ needs. She is consistently on top of the new rules in accounting and Canadian tax, making her the go-to resource for questions on diverse subject matters and enabling her to guide and advise her clients and team members with ease. But whether helping navigate a technical or a more personal situation, her clients know she is truly reliable and will always provide them with answers that are specific to the needs of their own company or family. She is an empathetic sounding board for those that seek her thoughtful guidance and approaches every task with a dedication that her clients truly find invaluable.

Martine has over 25 years of professional experience in assurance and helps lead Richter’s Enterprise Group, within the Assurance division. Her responsibilities include managing, supervising and reviewing assurance engagements for owner-managed companies, and leading mandates notably for investment holding companies and not-for-profit organizations.

Martine focuses on finding efficient solutions to complex problems and assists her clients in every area of their financial management. Moreover, her knowledge integrates all aspects of managing a business by including accounting, corporate tax, commodity tax, and personal tax in the analysis of a specific situation, with the assistance of other Richter teams when necessary. This enables her to offer a wide range of consulting services.

Martine supervises and trains a multi-disciplinary team of professionals who respond to clients’ financial reporting requirements and guides her clients with their day-to-day management needs as their virtual CFO.
