Marc Heiman

Marc Heiman currently serves as President and CEO of Richter+Ratner, a position held since July 2005. In addition, Marc is a Board Member of the Design Trust for Public Space, a role assumed in September 2007. In January 2017, Marc partnered with the Board of AIA New York State to advocate for positive industry changes. Previously, Marc was an Adjunct Professor at New York University from 2003 to 2005 and held the title of Division Head/VP at F. J. Sciame Construction Co. from 1991 to 2005. Marc earned a Bachelor of Sciences in Management from Fordham University and a Certificate in Construction Management from New York University.
