Mariella Gonzales is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management and estimation. Currently serving as a Senior Estimator/Project Manager at Rick Hamm Construction, Inc. since August 2021, Mariella previously worked at J&M Concrete Contractors, Inc. as a Senior Project Engineer, where responsibilities included coordinating subcontractors and managing project budgets. Prior experience includes roles as a Project Engineer at RMA Group, Inc. and an Engineering Intern with the City of Long Beach, focusing on city standard plans and various infrastructure projects.
