Emmanuel Bednarowicz

Emmanuel Bednarowicz has extensive experience in the field service operations and business development sector. Currently serving as the Head of Field Service Operations at Ricoh Europe, Emmanuel has played key roles in creating process models for service request scheduling and despatch. Prior to their current position, Emmanuel held various managerial positions at Ricoh France, focusing on contract management, service development, quality assurance, and technical training. Before joining Ricoh, Emmanuel worked as a restaurant team member at Quick. Emmanuel holds a Degree in Electronics, Electrical and Automatic control engineering from the University of Montpellier and a HND in electrical and IT technology from IUT Tours.
