Matthew Lister has extensive experience in the IT service desk sector, currently serving as Service Desk Manager at Ricoh UK since September 2017, following roles as Service Desk Team Lead, Senior Service Desk Analyst, and Service Desk Analyst. Prior to Ricoh UK, Matthew worked at Daisy Group as a Service Desk Analyst from April 2014 to September 2017, and at Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust as an IT Apprentice from March 2013 to April 2014. Matthew's educational background includes A Levels in IT and Business Studies from St Benedicts Sixth Form, as well as multiple GCSEs from Yorkshire Martyrs Catholic College, covering subjects such as English, Maths, Science, and IT.
