Daryl Shropshire

Daryl Shropshire has been with Ricoh USA, Inc. since October 2005, currently holding the position of Technology Support Specialist II (Remote). In this role, Daryl is responsible for project management, training, problem solving, and supporting services for the Security and Compliance Ricoh Team under the Wells Fargo National Account. Daryl also manages the Wells Fargo Eco Managed Print locations and services as a Print Support Specialist (Team Lead), overseeing print device deployment and decommission projects, implementation of RFID Smart Card systems, repair and service of print equipment, and inventory management. Prior to Ricoh, Daryl worked as a Freelance Web Designer for Shrop Art Design, where they developed and maintained web applications and websites, as well as designed product merchandising and business identity packages. Daryl graduated from the School of Design at American Intercontinental University with a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Graphics Design & Advertising in 2006.
