Lynn Collins Sphr

Lynn Collins SPHR, SHRM-SCP is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles, currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Ricoh USA, Inc. since July 2013. In this capacity, Lynn collaborates with Marketing, Sales, and Finance leaders to enhance talent management, leadership effectiveness, team member engagement, change management, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Previous roles include Human Resources Consultant and Human Resources Manager at Ricoh, as well as Lead HR Business Partner at Dean Foods and Senior Human Resource Business Partner at Target Corporation. Additionally, Lynn contributes as a mentor for the Take Stock in Children Program and has served on the PTSA Executive Board at Winter Springs High School. Lynn holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Science Education and a Master of Education in Counselor Education, both from the University of Florida.
