Dele Oyekanmi FRICS FInstCPD serves as the RICS Global Principal Assessor for the Middle East and Africa since May 2008, collaborating with the RICS Qualifications and Assessment Committee to enhance entry and assessment policies and develop training for assessors. Oyekanmi has held various leadership roles within RICS, including Chairperson for the Assessment of Professional Competence and Assessor, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and professional competency. As a Global Ambassador for LionHeart RICS, Oyekanmi focuses on providing mental and professional support to RICS professionals. Current responsibilities also include contributing to NEOM's ambitious projects and previously overseeing significant developments in Saudi Arabia and Qatar, with a solid educational foundation from prestigious institutions including an Executive MBA from HEC Paris.
