Currently serving as CFO and COO at Riddell since February 2009, Boersma has demonstrated strong financial acumen and operational management skills. Previous experience includes serving as a Board Member and Audit Committee Chair at Farmer Brothers from December 2017 to January 2024, and holding the position of Senior Director of Procurement Finance at Kraft Foods from June 1991 to February 2009. Early career experience includes working as an Auditor at Coopers & Lybrand from September 1987 to June 1991. Academically, Boersma holds an MM in Marketing & Finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Accountancy from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
