Fernando D. Renteria Vargas

Fernando D. Renteria Vargas has extensive experience in management and production roles within the manufacturing sector, currently serving as the General Manager for Riddell in Mexico since November 2010. Previous positions include Plant Manager and Production Manager at Riddell, where responsibilities encompassed P&L oversight, budget management, strategic planning, and significant production achievements, such as a 40% increase in production in 2013. Prior to Riddell, Fernando held roles at Castolin Eutectic as Production Lead, Johnson Controls as a Six Sigma Black Belt, and Caterpillar Inc. as a Design Engineer. Fernando earned an Industrial Engineering degree from Tecnológico de Monterrey and an MBA in Finance from Universidad del Valle de México, equipping a strong foundation in both engineering and business management.
