Andrew Fletcher has a background in chemical engineering with a PhD from the University of Canterbury. Andrew has extensive experience in various leadership roles at Fonterra, including Programme Lead for Sustainable Food Systems and General Manager for External R&D and Portfolio. Currently, Andrew is an Honorary Industry Fellow at Riddet Institute, focusing on the Sustainable Nutrition Initiative. Andrew also served as Strategy Implementation Manager at DairyNZ, working on the implementation of "Dairy Tomorrow" across the NZ Dairy sector.
