Benito Serrano

Benito Serrano has a long and varied work experience. In 2022, they began working as a Support Specialist at Ride1UP. Prior to that, from 2020 to 2021, they worked as a Claims Specialist at Mpathic, where they accepted phone calls from individuals that have filed for unemployment in NY state, answered questions, and verified data in an online database. From 2018 to 2020, they were the Co-Owner of Pedego Electric Bikes Dana Point, where they created a business plan, built out a storefront, and managed day-to-day operations. From 2015 to 2018, they were an Operations Supervisor at Ross Stores, Inc., where they oversaw inventory, ordered new equipment, and managed over 40 hourly employees. From 2006 to 2015, they served in the United States Marine Corps, where they created an inventory and distribution program for special tools, managed and maintained repair orders and work requests, and conducted annual readiness and inspector general inspections.

Benito Serrano has an education history that includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix, obtained between 2014 and 2017. Benito also obtained a high school diploma from Port Chester High School between 2002 and 2006. Additionally, they have two certifications: ITIL 4 Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice obtained in November 2019, and Managing Performance from Ross Stores, Inc. obtained in September 2015. Benito is currently enrolled in Divergence Academy.
