Jeevika has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Expert (Global) at Beam Mobility since 2022. Previously, they worked at Apar Technologies as an Associate Team Lead from 2017 to 2022, where they also served as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist for the APAC Region. In this role, they managed all phases of the recruitment process, assigned tasks to the team, and handled existing client accounts. Before that, Jeevika worked at Nityo Infotech as a Sr. Recruiter for the APAC Region from 2015 to 2017, where they handled end-to-end hiring and maintained good relations with clients. Jeevika started their career at Elite HR Practices as a Recruitment Executive from 2014 to 2015, where they gained hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment and handled middle and junior management level recruitments. Overall, Jeevika has demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, client management, and recruitment process management.

Jeevika began their education at KIIT World School (New State Academy) in 2010, where they studied for one year. Jeevika then continued their education at the same school for another year in 2012. In 2013, they enrolled at Delhi University and pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree, which they completed in 2016.
