Kasun Athauda

Kasun Athauda has a range of work experience in different industries. Kasun began their career at Bank of Ceylon as a School Leaver in 2011. Kasun then worked as a Trainee Investment Analyst at Aastute Analytics Pvt Ltd from 2014 to 2015, analyzing financial reports and collaborating with senior staff. Kasun joined HSBC as a Fund Administrator from 2015 to 2016, performing investment valuation, pricing securities, and analyzing corporate actions. Kasun then moved to MAS Holdings, where they held various roles from 2016 to 2023. Kasun started as an Executive Technical Operations and then progressed to Senior Executive and Assistant Manager in the Divisional Lean Enterprise. In these roles, they contributed to process re-engineering, strategy formulation, process calibration and standardization, digitizing simultaneous engineering, Lean training, and budget monitoring.
