Khoa Pham

Khoa Pham has a diverse work experience starting in 2006 as a Legal Research Assistant at Justitia. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as a Solicitor at Herbert Smith Freehills, specializing in M&A transactions. Khoa then joined Allens as a Senior Lawyer from 2011 to 2014, where they advised multinational corporations and private equity funds on investments in Southeast Asia, with a focus on the Vietnamese market.
