Sharvin Sivakumar has extensive work experience in the engineering and operations fields. Sharvin started their career as an intern at C&S Engineering Management in 2014, followed by internships at HSS Engineers Bhd in 2015 and Eco World Development Group Berhad in 2016.

In 2017, Sharvin joined HSS Engineers Bhd as a Structural Engineer. Their responsibilities included stakeholder liaison, design and analysis of structures, preparation of reports and materials for presentations, quantity checks, coordination with departments, and response to project-related inquiries and requests.

Currently, Sharvin is working at Beam Mobility as an Operations Associate. Sharvin is leading expansion projects in Malaysia, specifically in new cities, where they oversee the operational setup, stakeholder liaison, manpower hiring, warehouse negotiations, and management of operations and on-ground staff. Sharvin is also responsible for monitoring the P&L and developing strategies to improve metrics to increase revenue and minimize costs.

Sharvin Sivakumar began their education journey in 2012 at the University of Nottingham Malaysia, where they pursued a Master's degree in Civil Engineering. Sharvin completed this degree in 2017.

In 2019, Sharvin obtained certifications in Seminar on Bridge Design from the Association of Consulting Engineers Malaysia (ACEM) and Midas Bridge Design from MIDAS IT Co., Ltd.

In 2020, Sharvin joined the University of Malaya to further their education and pursue a Master's degree in Renewable Energy. Sharvin is expected to complete this program in 2022.

Additionally, Sharvin holds the certification of "Graduate Engineer" from the Board of Engineers Malaysia, although the exact month and year of acquisition are not provided.
