Pierre-Guillaume Dufour

Pierre-Guillaume Dufour has worked in various roles since 1998. Pierre-Guillaume began their career as a Developer at assyst GmbH, followed by a Technical Consultant position at Curam Software. In 2006, they joined IBM as a Tealeaf Technical Sales Specialist, and later became a Smarter Care Technical Sales Specialist, Smarter Cities Technical Sales Specialist, and IT Architect. In 2020, they moved to Acoustic as a Solution Engineer, and in 2021, they took on the role of Architect at Dynatrace. Currently, they are a Senior Solutions Engineer at Ridecell.

Pierre-Guillaume Dufour obtained a Diplôme d'Ingénieur in Computer Science from UTBM in 1998. Pierre-Guillaume has also obtained several certifications from IBM, including Watson Customer Experience Analytics 2018 - Technical Expert (August 2018), Watson Customer Experience Analytics 2018 - Technical Specialist (June 2018), Blockchain Consulting (April 2018), Watson Customer Experience Analytics Technical Sales Advisor 2018 (January 2018), and Blockchain Essentials. Additionally, they obtained a Maîtrise de l'italien sur Duolingo: Débutant (estimation) certification from Duolingo in October 2015.
