Srinivas Reddy Aellala has extensive work experience in the field of autonomous driving and technology. Srinivas Reddy currently holds the position of Senior Director of Product at Ridecell, a company specializing in autonomous driving. Srinivas Reddy joined Ridecell in October 2017 as the Principal Product for Autonomous Driving and has been promoted to their current role in May 2021.

Prior to Ridecell, Srinivas co-founded Auro Robotics in 2014 and served as the Chief Product Officer. Auro Robotics focused on low-speed autonomous driving solutions, addressing transportation challenges in various environments such as universities, business parks, and retirement communities. Srinivas Reddy led the company until September 2017 when it was acquired by Ridecell.

Before Auro Robotics, Srinivas worked as a Physical Design Engineer at Qualcomm starting in July 2013. During their tenure, they received the prestigious "Qualstar" award for their contributions to productivity improvement in QMD execution. Srinivas Reddy played a crucial role in the preliminary top-level physical design of a modem chip for a futuristic 4G LTE product.

Srinivas also has experience as a Co-founder and Team Lead at Team AGV, IIT Kharagpur. The team developed autonomous ground robots and vehicles, achieving the 9th rank at the IGVC competition in Michigan in 2013. Srinivas Reddy also established a research group with the aim of building India's first driverless car.

Furthermore, Srinivas co-founded Mintzone in 2012, where they helped design and engineer the Aadhaar Cube, a portable POS device for accepting credit and debit cards. Srinivas Reddy played a pivotal role in the startup's growth, from idea generation to product development and securing funding.

Additionally, Srinivas completed internships at Qualcomm in 2011 and the University of Tuebingen in 2012, gaining valuable experience in the field of technology.
