VIKAS SHARMA

Vikas Sharma has worked in the IT industry for 8 years, beginning in 2013. VIKAS started their career as a Senior Software Engineer at Innovatesmind Technologies, where they were responsible for monitoring CPU, Memory and disk space usage, as well as exporting and importing TWX files, snapshot activation and deactivation, role binding changes, user and group management, and EPV management and recycling of servers. In 2015, they moved to Capgemini as an Associate Consultant, where they were responsible for EPV modification, coordinating with customers to resolve technical support issues, and providing technical second-level support for the company's application. In 2018, they joined LTI - Larsen & Toubro Infotech as a Senior Application Support Specialist, where they were responsible for preparing the monthly roaster, using Jenkins console to deploy code version and restart brokers, and providing system knowledge to business users. Finally, in 2021, they moved to 7-Eleven as a Senior Application Support Analyst, where they used SQL and Unix to fetch data and logs for troubleshooting and used AWS cloud watch to fetch API level logs, as well as working on cross-functional teams to proactively address support issues. VIKAS is currently working as a Senior Application Support Engineer at Ridecell.

Vikas Sharma attended the University Institute of Technology, RGPV from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained their M.Tech degree in VLSI.
