About the role

Warehouse Mechanics are tasked with the maintenance and repair of our e-scooter fleet. Mechanics will perform regular quality inspections on e-scooters to guarantee their safe and proper operation for riders. In this role, you will be responsible for battery replacements, on-site scooter maintenance to uphold quality standards consistently, and supporting the technology team in testing new innovations in the warehouse.

Must Haves

  • Pass the Neuron Potential Mechanic Test (14 questions)
  • Must be under 25 years old. 
  • Experience and interest in mechanical repair and/or technical troubleshooting is required for servicing and repairing electric scooters.
  • Attention to detail is crucial for identifying critical parts that require improvement and maintaining the fleet in optimal condition.
  • Must possess a compatible smartphone (Apple or Android from 2020 onwards) with an active data plan.
  • Ability to comfortably lift 50-60 lbs.
  • Proficiency in effective time management is essential.
  • Manage and oversee parts and stock control, including monthly stock counts.
  • Proficient in riding a scooter when required.
