Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at RideNow Powersports since May 2016, Allen has held multiple HR and onboarding positions within the company. Prior to this, Allen was the Owner of Alrocksu Enterprises - RevTech, providing technology empowerment and tech support from 1995 to 2023. Allen's background includes significant roles at Sprint Nextel, CenturyLink, and AT&T Communications, where expertise in sales, customer account management, and operational leadership was developed. Allen’s career began in food service management with New Horizon Food Services from 1993 to 2000. Allen's education reflects a commitment to continuous learning and skill development over several decades.
