Avery J. is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as the National Marketing Coordinator at RideNow Powersports since May 2022. Concurrently, Avery J. is the Founder and CEO of Biom LLC, leading innovative product development as well as brand identity, and successfully launching the RayPak Kayak. Past roles include Logistics Account Executive at Total Quality Logistics, where Avery J. built a client portfolio, and Lead Sales Associate at Leslie's Poolmart, Inc., managing high-value sales. With a Bachelor of Science in Business, Marketing from Miami University, Avery J. has shown entrepreneurial acumen by being accepted into Miami University's Redhawk Startup Accelerator and earning finalist recognition in the Redhawk Startup Pitch Competition.
