Cassidy Grace has over seven years of professional experience in customer experience, life and leadership coaching, support engineering, and software development. In 2021, they began working as a Customer Experience Specialist for Ridepanda. From 2017 to 2021, they were the Life and Leadership Coach for Cassidy Grace Coaching. From 2019 to 2021, they were a Support Engineer for DevonWay, where they designed and maintained implementations of a regulatory and asset management software platform for international organizations. From 2014 to 2017, they were the CEO, Full Stack Developer, and Systems Analyst for Coelo: Company of Design. As CEO, they developed new business systems. As Full Stack Developer, they developed reporting and data visualization web services for an international fleet of high speed, large-format inkjet printers. As Systems Analyst, they maintained analytics and reporting systems for an international scheduled printing service.

Cassidy Grace graduated from the University of Oregon in 2011 with a degree in English Literature, specializing in Cyborg Literature. In 2020, they completed the Coach Training Program at the Academy for Coaching Excellence. In May 2022, they obtained an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification from the International Coaching Federation. In December 2022, they obtained a Creating a Positive Customer Experience certification from LinkedIn.
