Ben Karp

Ben Karp has over 6 years of professional experience in the finance and accounting industry. In 2021, they began working as the Finance Manager at Ridge, where they are responsible for managing the parent company finance team (IL) as well as the subsidiary finance team (US). Ben's duties include assembling the biannual budget and performing monthly BVA analysis. From 2018 to 2021, they served as the Financial Controller at STK bio-ag technologies, where they reviewed the monthly and quarterly reports of STK group, ensuring their accuracy and integrity. Ben also assembled the annual budget and performed monthly BVA checks. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as a Senior Associate at PwC Israel, where they performed the annual and quarterly audit of the financial statements of NASDAQ traded, global high-tech corporations, whilst implementing US GAAP standards. Ben also assessed the efficiency of clients' internal control structure (SOX 404, 302) and presented the senior management with recommendations for improvements.

Ben Karp studied Accounting and Economics at Tel Aviv University from 2011 to 2014 and obtained a Bachelor's degree. Ben then took CPA board exams in Tax, Audit and Finance from 2014 to 2015. In December 2017, they obtained a Certified Public Accountant certification from the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel.
